The Opportunity

Dot Partners are working with a dynamic and growing corporate finance advisory firm in London, looking to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with M&A experience or those looking to make a first move into corporate finance from audit or transaction services.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting on M&A transactions from origination through to completion
*Financial modelling, valuations, and analysis
*Preparing client presentations, information memorandums, and reports
*Conducting market research and due diligence
*Liaising with clients, investors, and external advisors
*Supporting senior team members on deal execution
Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
*M&A / transaction services experience OR strong desire to move into corporate finance
*Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
*High attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
