Job Description:
Tiger Private are working with a prestigious UHNW private household in Mayfair to find an experienced and highly organised Travelling Housekeeping Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of housekeeping operations across a primary London residence and additional international properties, always ensuring consistently exceptional standards. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of housekeeping across multiple residences, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout. You will lead and manage a dedicated housekeeping team, overseeing rotas, scheduling, and overall performance within a 7-day operation, while fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
You will play a key role in setting and maintaining clear housekeeping procedures, carrying out regular inspections, and ensuring consistency across all properties. The role will also involve coordinating deep cleans, seasonal rotations, and special projects, as well as managing departmental budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.
Working closely with the Estate Manager and other household departments, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless standard of service. You will also support across laundry and wardrobe management, overseeing garment care and assisting with packing, unpacking, and fittings when required.
Travel is an integral part of the role, accompanying the Principals and ensuring each residence is fully prepared ahead of their arrival, maintaining the same high standards globally.
You will have proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager within a UHNW household or luxury hospitality environment, with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing teams and multiple properties simultaneously. A strong understanding of luxury fabrics, finishes, and specialist cleaning techniques is essential, along with a discreet and service-driven mindset. Flexibility to travel and support a 7-day operation is key.
