Recruitment Coordinator
6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Go Permanent)
Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office / 2 Days From Home
Salary: Up to £55,000
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Our client is currently seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly.
The Role
You will work closely with a senior team member who requires a dependable and organised "right-hand" support. You will play a key role in supporting the hiring process, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, as well as shortlisting roles.
You will initially support recruitment for junior-level roles and help manage multiple vacancies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
*Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles
*Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
*Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems
*Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and coordination tasks
*Prioritise tasks effectively to manage competing deadlines
*Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
*Support weekly planning and workflow management
*Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

*Previous recruitment coordination or recruitment experience
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*The ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

*Excellent communication skills
