This role is all about new business generation you’ll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, win clients, and develop long-term relationships.

You’ll be joining a business that’s built a strong reputation for being straight-talking, client-focused, and commercially sharp, with plenty of room for growth.

What you’ll be doing
*Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities

*Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

*Meeting clients and delivering tailored insurance solutions

*Closing deals and building a profitable book of business

*Working towards and exceeding sales targets

*Proven experience in sales / business development

*A genuine new business mindset comfortable picking up the phone and opening doors

*Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*Target-driven, ambitious, and financially motivated

*Insurance experience is essential
