About the Role
An established and growing law firm is seeking a dedicated Child Care Solicitor to join its North West-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor to deliver high-quality legal advice and representation across a range of legally aided public and private family law matters, including adoption and special guardianship cases.
This opportunity is well suited to a motivated Family Solicitor who is confident undertaking their own advocacy and is committed to providing excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities
*Family Solicitor to manage a full caseload of legally aided public and private family law matters, including adoption and special guardianship orders
*Represent clients in court where appropriate
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication
*Keep up to date with developments in children and adoption law and relevant legislation
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of service
*Prepare and complete legal documentation accurately and efficiently
What we are looking for:
*Qualified Family Solicitor in England & Wales
*Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
*Children Law Accredited
*Experience in advocacy and familiarity with family court procedures
*Strong communication and client care skills
*Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
*Highly organised with strong time management skills
*Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Team-oriented with a commitment to professional standards
