Key Responsibilities
*Negotiating property sales between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
*Managing the entire sales process from offer agreed through to completion
*Providing regular updates and feedback to vendors and buyers
*Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and conveyancers, auctioneers to ensure smooth transaction progression
*Promoting and referring mortgage and conveyancing, auction services where appropriate
*Generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers
*Qualifying buyers and matching them to suitable properties
*Handling offers professionally and ensuring all parties are kept informed
*Delivering excellent customer service and client care at every stage of the transaction
*Working closely with the team to achieve branch targets and maintain high standards
*Organise property marketing activities including online listings, open days, and promotional events
*Maintain comprehensive records of negotiations, client interactions, and transaction progress using CRM systems
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous estate agency sales negotiation experience
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage multiple transactions and maintain attention to detail
