Training Coordinator - Hybrid (2 Days WFH)
Location: Castleford
Salary: £30,000
Length of assignment: 6 Months with the likelihood to go permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Elevation HR are seeking a dedicated and organised Training Coordinator to join our retail & manufacturing client in Leeds on a 6 months temporary basis with a strong potential for the role to go permanent.
As a Training Coordinator, reporting into the Talent & Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider People team - ensuring employees are booked onto relevant training, systems are accurately maintained, and all training activity remains compliant with governance and regulatory requirements.
*Coordinate and schedule internal training programmes, ensuring sessions are fully planned, resourced, and effectively communicated
*Manage all training logistics, including bookings, equipment, delegate communication, and attendance tracking
*Maintain accurate training records and compliance data, ensuring all qualifications and certifications are up to date
*Act as the main point of contact for the LMS syste, supporting users, managing data, and running compliance reports to flag gaps or renewals
*Liaise with external training providers to arrange courses, manage bookings, and track certifications in line with budget requirements
*Support internal training delivery by preparing materials, gathering feedback, and working closely with stakeholders to meet training and compliance needs
