The role will involve:
*Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team
*Driving performance against SLAs and KPIs
*Monitoring quality and ensuring excellent customer outcomes
*Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
*Supporting the growth and development of the wider team
This role would suit an experienced team leader or a senior customer service professional ready to step up.
