Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, execution, and reporting of site investigations and environmental assessments
- Ensure high standards in the preparation and review of technical documents, including risk assessments and remediation strategies
- Serve as the technical lead on mid- to large-scale projects
- Lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary input to meet deadlines and budgets
- Provide direct supervision and mentoring to Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers
- Support the Associate in managing project resources and maintaining delivery schedules
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on project-related matters
- Promote a safety-first culture within the team and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
About You:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally 6+ years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy
- Chartered status or working toward chartership preferred
- Proven experience in managing complex site investigations and environmental assessments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Commitment to professional development and mentoring junior staff
- Valid Driver’s License required
