Job Description:
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a 360 desk within our Commercial division, managing the full recruitment cycle while building strong, long-term partnerships with local employers.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
• Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Building and developing strong client relationships across the Commercial market (HR, Finance, Sales & Office Support)
• Managing client requirements, taking detailed job briefs and delivering high-quality candidates
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Identifying buying signals and acting quickly to convert opportunities
• Managing multiple vacancies and prioritising workload effectively
• Delivering a consistent, high standard of service to both clients and candidates
Experience, education & qualifications
• Previous recruitment experience OR strong experience in sales/account management
• Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
• Commercially aware with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
• Resilient, driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment

Details
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + uncapped commission
