IVA Insolvency Practitioner
Location: Manchester (Hybrid / Remote / Office-Based Options Available)

With significant backing and growth plans, the business is focused on establishing itself within the volume IVA market, offering a fresh, modern approach to personal insolvency. This is a unique chance to play a key role in shaping the direction, processes, and success of a growing firm from the outset.
The Role
As an IVA Insolvency Practitioner, you will take a leading role within the business, acting as the named IP on IVA appointments while helping to build and develop the firm’s IVA offering. This position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to influence operational strategy, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the licensed Insolvency Practitioner on IVA cases
*Oversee the full lifecycle of IVA cases, from proposal to closure
*Ensure all cases are compliant with regulatory and ethical standards
*Develop and implement processes, procedures, and best practices
*Provide technical oversight and support to case administrators
*Build and mentor a growing team as the business expands
*Liaise with creditors, introducers, and key stakeholders
*Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the firm
Requirements
*Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential)
*Strong background within the volume IVA market
*Experience managing high-volume caseloads
*Strong technical and compliance knowledge
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment
*Leadership and team development experience
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
