THE SENIOR CREATIVE ROLE:
You’ll sit at the heart of the creative process, leading the development of standout campaign ideas from concept through to execution. Working closely with Creative Directors, you’ll shape visual direction, drive creative quality, and ensure work lands effectively across digital, social, experiential and live environments.
You’ll be hands-on with ideation while also guiding designers and wider creative teams to deliver best-in-class output. This role suits someone who thrives on creating culturally relevant work and wants to influence both creative direction and team development.
SENIOR CREATIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
*5+ years’ experience in a creative/advertising environment
*Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio of campaign work
*Experience across digital, social, experiential or integrated campaigns
*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
*Ability to present ideas confidently to stakeholders and clients
*Strong understanding of youth culture, sport, music or entertainment
*Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives
