SEN Tutor

Are you a passionate educator with a heart for inclusion and a talent for unlocking potential? We’re looking for an inspiring SEN Tutor to provide tailored, academic-focused support to a delightful EYFS learner in Ashford.
This is more than a tutoring role - it’s a chance to shape a child’s earliest learning experiences and build the foundations for lifelong success.
The RoleYou will deliver bespoke, engaging academic sessions designed around the child’s individual needs, supporting early development in:
*Early literacy (phonics, reading readiness, communication)
*Numeracy foundations (number recognition, counting, problem-solving)
*Attention, engagement, and learning behaviours
*Social communication within structured learning
Sessions will be creative, structured, and rooted in SEN best practice, ensuring learning is both accessible and meaningful.
Who We’re Looking ForWe want educators who are:
*Qualified teachers or experienced tutors (QTS desirable but not essential)
*Skilled in SEN support within EYFS / Early Years
*Confident adapting curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
*Patient, empathetic, and consistent in approach
*Passionate about academic progress through personalised strategies
Experience supporting needs such as ASD, speech & language delays, or developmental differences is highly valued.
