Job Description:
Our client is one of the largest medical technology companies focused on orthopaedics, sports medicine, ENT, and advanced wound management. The company operates in more than 100 countries
Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)
*Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
*Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
*Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
*Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
*Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
*Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
*Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away
System work (40%)
*Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical
Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
What you will need to be successful?
*Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
*Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
*Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
*Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
*Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
*Knowledge of SAP ideal but not essential.
