What you’ll be doing
*Coordinating daily transport and dispatch activities
*Tracking shipments and resolving issues before they escalate
*Working closely with drivers, internal teams, and freight providers
*Preparing, packing, and loading equipment (including DG where trained)
*Keeping documentation, records, and asset tracking fully up to date
*Supporting warehouse tasks and maintaining an organised workspace
What you bring
*Comfortable in a busy, physical, hands-on environment
*Strong communicator who can prioritise and stay calm under pressure
*Team player with initiative and a flexible, can-do approach
*Basic logistics or customs knowledge is a bonus
*Forklift experience desirable but not essential — training can be provided
*Confident using Excel and general IT systems
