Salary up to £110,000 + 15% bonus

The Role
In this Lead Product Manager position, you will take ownership of how intelligence and personalisation layer across core product journeys. You will act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Decisioning teams to define systems that drive real customer value.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing end-to-end journey architectures that integrate intelligent capabilities.
* Defining how personalisation, recommendations, and guidance show up across the platform.
* Partnering with decisioning and data teams to translate opportunities into scalable systems.
* Bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-team initiatives.
* Establishing patterns, frameworks, and ways of working for intelligence-driven experiences.
* Influencing product direction as a senior individual contributor with wide strategic impact.


Your Skills and Experience
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
* Strong commercial experience in consumer product management.
* Deep understanding of systems thinking, cross-journey design, and platform-level product strategy.
* Experience with personalisation, recommendations, behavioural nudges, or intelligent product experiences.
* The ability to work confidently with data, engineering, and decisioning teams.
* A pragmatic approach to AI and ML, understanding where these capabilities add value.
* Strong communication and influence across cross-functional groups.
* Comfort working as a senior IC rather than a people manager.
