SEO Lead
London, Hybrid - 4 days in office
Salary up to £45,000
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of SEO strategy for a major e-commerce brand operating at scale. You will shape organic growth, lead a specialist team, and influence digital performance across a high-traffic platform.

The Role
* Develop and deliver the SEO strategy for your designated brand, driving sustainable organic growth.
* Lead a team responsible for technical optimisation, content management, and site architecture improvements.
* Own key performance metrics, ensuring all SEO activity supports wider revenue and traffic goals.
* Conduct keyword research, manage technical SEO workflows, and identify new opportunities to improve visibility.
* Collaborate on PR and link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
* Report on performance, share insights, and champion SEO best practice across the digital function.
* Stay up to date with industry developments and help shape future channel strategy.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in SEO, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
* Confident leading and supporting a team, with the ability to guide development and performance.
* Deep understanding of technical SEO, site usability, and on-site optimisation.
* Skilled in keyword research, organic testing, and analytical evaluation of SEO performance.
* Comfortable interpreting large data sets and presenting insights that influence decision-making.
* Experience contributing to content, outreach, or link-building activity.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
* Genuine passion for SEO, digital performance, and user experience.
