Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias Burnley, Lancashire
£59,350 + Overtime (1.5x)
12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | Every Other Weekend Off
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment
*Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and basic control faults
*Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
*Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to minimise downtime
Requirements*Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualification in Engineering
*Multi-skilled with a strong electrical bias
*Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environments desirable
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*Experience with processing equipment (pumps, conveyors, pipework, silos) advantageous
