Travelling PA required for international private equity firm. Set up over 10 years ago and experts in the Minerals field this company has recently re-located its main Operations to Dubai.
They set up an office last year in the Dubai central business district and are now seeking a Travelling Private PA to travel with the Founder and support him in private personal PA duties.
Duties will include international travel arrangements, often to remote locations as well as personal diary management. You will also plan and organise complex family holiday travels and arrange personal and medical appointments for the family. You will be responsible for managing the Dubai property as well as liaising with his personal drivers. Additional tasks will include managing his art collection, booking local events and booking local restaurant reservations.
The ideal candidate will be already based in Dubai and have several years private PA experience with extensive knowledge of the region.
You will travel with the CEO every several weeks on an international basis for up to two weeks so you must be available to travel overseas on a regular basis.
