Location: Sheffield (office/field)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + bonus + pool car + benefits package

Looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of key aerospace accounts while unlocking new growth opportunities. You’ll be the trusted partner to customers, ensuring seamless delivery while identifying ways to expand business across the sector.
Duties of A Business Development Manager:
*Build and manage strong relationships with key aerospace customers
*Act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and delivered
*Prepare and submit accurate, competitive quotations aligned with client requirements
*Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver winning solutions
*Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
*Monitor account performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
*Support and attend customer visits, meetings, and field sales activities
*Promote the company brand, products, and services at every opportunity
*Stay ahead of aerospace industry trends and customer demands
*Proactively resolve issues, delays, or technical queries to maintain service excellence
*Work collaboratively with internal sales teams to share leads and insights
Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
*Must have experience in a sales or commercial role within the aerospace sector
*Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships
*Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
*Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
*Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
