*Rural property experience not needed – full training given
*Hybrid working
*Finish at 5pm – and get time back in lieu if work beyond this!

What will you do?
*Act for clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner of rural property
*This will include manor houses, farms and woodlands, holiday letting businesses and nature reserves
*You will also retain some residential conveyancing of higher value properties
*Deal with overage and promotion agreements, easements and sporting rights

What will you need?
*To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
*This role can be offered from NQ+
*Trainee solicitors with a background from either residential property or commercial property are welcome to apply
