Job Description:
Paraplanner Location: Holmes Chapel | Type: Full-time
A respected financial planning firm with a specialist niche is seeking a Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant advice. This is a primarily non-client-facing role, focused on research, report writing, and implementation support.
What You’ll Do:
*Analyse client fact-finds, financial information, and objectives
*Research solutions and draft suitability/recommendation reports
*Support implementation of adviser-approved advice
*Prepare annual and ad-hoc review analysis
*Assist with specialist niche cases
*Ensure all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
About You:
*Proven paraplanning experience in a financial planning firm
*Strong report-writing skills and high attention to detail
*Good understanding of FCA rules and suitability requirements
*Experience with review-led advice or specialist niche work is desirable
*Junior Paraplanners with good report writing experience will be considered, although salary will be at lower end
Qualifications & Benefits:
*Financial planning qualifications not essential; study support provided
*Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (up to £40,000 for highly experienced candidates)
*Office-based during probation, with hybrid flexibility afterwards
