Executive Assistant (Temp - Maternity Cover)
West-End | £25 per hour | Hybrid (4/1)
A highly regarded investment firm is seeking a bright, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two busy Analysts on a maternity cover contract through to December. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-paced, high-performing corporate environment.
The Role*Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
*Coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, clients and external partners globally
*Arranging international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
*Liaising with brokers, companies and key contacts to facilitate meetings and schedules
*Preparing and processing expense reports using Concur
*Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day support
About You*Around 1+ year EA or administrative experience (graduates with relevant experience encouraged)
*Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with senior and external stakeholders
*Proactive, adaptable and able to manage a busy and reactive workload
