Job Description:
Product Owner
A global insurer operating in the London Market is seeking a Product Owner to support its International Specialty business as part of an ongoing digital transformation.
You will play a key role in shaping digital priorities, translating business needs into product solutions, and working closely with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, claims, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead delivery of product initiatives across the international business
*Translate business strategy into product roadmaps and outcomes
*Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive alignment
*Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value
*Develop user stories and support agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)
*Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality expectations
*Support change management and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
*Experience in a Product Owner or similar role
*Insurance or financial services background preferred
*Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA)
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
