Recruitment Resourcer
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Swindon Office.

Shifts:
*Monday to Friday: 08:00am – 5:00pm
Salary:
*£27,000 – £28,000 per annum

Day-to-day duties:
As a Recruitment Resourcer your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
*Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
*Writing engaging job advertisements
*Short-listing and interviewing candidates
*Ensuring compliance and completing administration tasks
*Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs
Essential skills:
To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
*Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
*Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous)
*Strong customer service skills
*The right to work in the UK (with proof required)
Desirable experience:
*Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential
