Senior Associate - Commercial & Residential Property
Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
My client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Property Lawyer to join its well-established practice at Partner level, or as a Senior Associate ready to step up. This strategic appointment offers the chance to play a leading role in expanding both the commercial property and residential property offering within a respected and long-standing Sussex firm.
You will manage a varied caseload of acquisitions, disposals, leases, development matters and residential transactions, delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice. The role involves drafting and negotiating documentation, maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts and taking an active role in business development. You will also support junior lawyers, contribute to departmental strategy and ensure high standards of compliance and client care throughout.
My client is looking for a Property Lawyer with strong technical expertise, proven experience handling a broad caseload, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to lead on complex matters. A client-centric approach, commercial acumen and a proactive mindset towards growth and networking are essential. Leadership experience, including mentoring and supervising junior team members, is highly desirable.
