Social Worker – Children’s Services (Qualified)
Location: Lancaster Mill
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £36.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Duty and Assessment Team in Lancaster.
Key Responsibilities:
*Undertake Child & Family (C&A) Assessments
*Develop and implement effective care and support plans for children and families
*Conduct safeguarding investigations in line with statutory guidance
*Manage a varied caseload within a fast-paced duty environment
Requirements:
*Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent)
*Registered with Social Work England
*Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience
*Proven experience within Duty & Assessment or Child Protection (CP) teams
*Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
