Learning Support Assistant (Core Subject Specialist) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Bromley, South East London
Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong academic background in a core subject? We are currently recruiting for a full-time LSA to work across secondary schools in Bromley, supporting students to achieve their full potential in a welcoming and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
*Provide targeted academic support in core subjects (English, Maths, or Science) across KS3 and KS4

*Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

*Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and approaches to meet individual needs

*Assist in monitoring student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans

*Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence

Requirements:
*Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

*Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)

*Experience supporting students with SEN, including a good understanding of different learning needs

*A degree is preferred

*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff

*A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
