Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects) - Secondary Schools | Lambeth | 5 Days per Week

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving school environment that values staff development, inclusion, and student success.
The Role:
*Supporting students across core subjects (English, Maths, and/or Science)

*Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons

*Providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

*Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment

*Monitoring student progress and contributing to individual support plans

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

*Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)

*A good understanding of SEN, including strategies to support diverse learning needs

*A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach

*A degree (preferred but not essential)
