About the Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and school policies. You will help create a supportive and structured environment, enabling students to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervising students during examinations to ensure a secure and orderly environment

*Distributing and collecting exam papers in line with procedures

*Ensuring exam regulations are strictly followed at all times

*Assisting with setting up examination venues

*Responding to student queries in accordance with guidelines

*Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the exams officer

Requirements
*Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is essential

*Strong subject knowledge and academic awareness

*A degree is preferred

*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

*Ability to remain calm, professional, and vigilant under pressure

*Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
