Training & Competence Supervisor – Mortgage & Protection
Location: London
Up to £45k + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an experienced Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor that enjoys getting the best out of Mortgage Advisers?
Ready to step into a role where you can shape advisers, improve standards, and genuinely impact outcomes?
We’re hiring a Mortgage & Protection T&C Supervisor to work closely with advisers — coaching, mentoring and raising the bar across the board.
Responsibilities:
*Coaching advisers to improve performance and outcomes
*Reviewing files, running observations & delivering 1:1s
*Leading training on products, regulation & best practice
*Ensuring everything aligns with FCA, T&C & Consumer Duty
Experience required:
*CeMAP (or equivalent)
*Solid knowledge of MCOB / ICOBS / T&C frameworks
*Experience supporting, coaching or supervising advisers
*Strong communication and a real passion for developing people
