Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
*Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards
*Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursery team
*Foster a positive, collaborative working culture
*Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
*Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
*Maintain Ofsted readiness at all times
Requirements:
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised)
*Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
*In-depth understanding of safeguarding
*Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
*GCSE Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve within 2 years
