A Brighton-based media agency working across music, arts and cultural sectors is looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join its growing digital team.
This is a hands-on role managing paid media campaigns end-to-end, while helping bring structure, consistency and strong delivery across a range of clients and platforms.
Key Responsibilities*Plan, build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Reddit
*Translate briefs into well-structured campaign builds
*Manage launches, budgets, pacing and optimisation
*Implement and maintain tracking and tagging
*Monitor performance and deliver clear reporting and insights
*Maintain clean campaign structures and QA processes
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
*Support and guide junior team members
About You*Previous paid media experience (agency preferred)
*Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads
*Confident managing campaigns from setup to reporting
*Solid understanding of tracking, performance metrics and optimisation
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
*Interest in music, arts and culture is a plus
