About the Role
The Commercial Effectiveness Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Commercial Excellence team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all commercial operational processes. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, data-driven, and proactive, who enjoys structured workflows and supporting teams with high-quality reporting and operational rigor.
You will be responsible for maintaining commercial datasets, preparing reports, supporting commercial events, and ensuring compliance with internal processes such as Sales Incentive Plans. This role directly contributes to the efficiency and performance of the wider North Europe commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Governance
*Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with company guidelines, policies, and Sales Incentive Plans.
*Monitor recurring operational tasks across the commercial team and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks.
*Ensure proper documentation, version control, and structured maintenance of commercial processes.
Data Management & Accuracy
*Own and maintain core commercial datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across systems and teams.
*Execute recurring data cleansing routines to keep reporting inputs up to date and reliable.
Reporting & Insights Support
*Produce recurring and ad-hoc Excel-based reports to support commercial performance tracking.
*Support the Commercial Excellence team by consolidating data, validating sources, and preparing summaries for review.
Events & Initiative Support
*Assist with preparation for commercial events, meetings, and business cycles through:
*Data entry and consolidation
*List validation
*Template and document completion
*Manage recurring CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) reporting cycles and prepare outputs for stakeholder review.
Process & Tool Improvement
*Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to refine existing workflows and drive continuous improvement.
*Support the enhancement of tools, templates, and dashboards used by the commercial team.
*Proactively suggest improvements to simplify workflows and enhance accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
*3+ years in a data-heavy, operational, administrative, or sales operations–related role.
*Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, data/analytics, or related field.
*Strong organizational skills, particularly with structured workflows and recurring tasks.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders.
*High attention to detail with a consistent approach to repetitive tasks.
*Proactive problem solver with a process-improvement mindset.
*Advanced Excel skills (lookup formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing).
*Experience with CRM or BI platforms is an advantage.
*Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
