We are thrilled to present an extraordinary opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse focusing on older adults’ mental health, based in the charming locale of Caterham. This full-time locum role is within the esteemed Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), offering £26 per hour over three months. *Travel within the Caterham area for home visits and coordination with other healthcare providers.
*Maintain meticulous records and documentation to monitor patient progress and outcomes.
