Michael Page are partnering with a successful business looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their finance department.
Client Details
Our client is based in Winchester, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the finance team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
*Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
*Handle tax filings, deductions, and benefits processing.
*Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
*Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
*Assist with audits and provide payroll-related documentation as required.
*Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
