The Role - EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting young children within Nursery, primarily working with pupils with Autism (ASD). You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation. You will follow structured routines and individual support plans, using clear and consistent boundaries to support positive behaviour. The role requires a proactive, patient, and nurturing individual who can build strong relationships while maintaining structure and consistency throughout the day. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to ensure each child is supported to reach their full potential.
