Job Title: College Cleaner (Enhanced DBS Required)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 6:30am - 9:30am, Monday to Friday
Location: Local College
Contract Type: Temporary
We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support a college environment. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across communal areas, classrooms, and facilities. An enhanced DBS is required for this position, or you must be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
Responsibilities*Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and facilities.
*Carry out sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying bins, and general upkeep.
*Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within allocated time.
*Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
*Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
*Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Requirements*Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
*Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Reliability and good attention to detail.
*Available Monday to Friday, 6:30am-9:30am.
*Able to commit to a temporary contract.
