A boutique private equity firm are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Assistant to support their team during a busy fundraising period. This is a 6-month contract role with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
*Meeting and greeting investors and guests in a professional manner
*Preparing and serving refreshments and ordering lunches
*Managing meeting room setups
*Providing general administrative support
*Ensuring the office is presentable and running smoothly day-to-day
Requirements:
*Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within financial services is essential
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*High attention to detail and reliability
*Proactive, can-do attitude
*Excellent customer service skills
