Job Title: Maintenance Labourer
Location: Lymington
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Lymington, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis
This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required
Key Responsibilities:
*Overview:
*Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
*Working for a large maintenance contractor
*Clearence work of void properties
*External repairs
*Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots
Requirements:
*Hold a valid driving license
*Comptent to drive a flat bed van
*You must have full PPE
*40 hours a week
