The Role:
You’ll gain hands-on experience across both sales and lettings, supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the branch while developing your skills in a positive working environment.
The successful Trainee Estate Agent will be offered:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your key responsibilities:
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Booking and attending property viewings
*Booking market appraisals/valuations
*Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
*Progressing sales through to completion
*General administration and office support
To be considered for the Trainee Estate Agent role, you must have:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive and driven attitude with a desire to succeed
*Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
*Good local knowledge of the Leigh-on-Sea area
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
