Job Description:
Business Travel Operations Agent - Remote (UK)
We are recruiting on behalf of a global travel business looking to grow their operations team with experienced Business Travel Consultants. This is a fully remote role, working within a modern, tech-led environment, supporting corporate clients who are booking travel through an online platform.
This is a really interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of traditional business travel work alongside supporting clients in a more digital, self-booking environment.
Business Travel Operations Agent - what will I be doing?
*Supporting corporate travellers who are booking via an online platform, stepping in to assist via phone, chat and email when needed
*Managing more complex or offline bookings using Sabre, including changes, reissues and problem solving
*Acting as a first point of contact for booking support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
*Handling a variety of requests across different channels in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment
*Working closely with internal teams to support new client implementations and ongoing service delivery
*Maintaining accurate records and working within agreed service levels
Business Travel Operations Agent - what experience do I need?
*Previous experience within business travel (TMC environment), ideally 5+ years
*Strong working knowledge of Sabre is essential
*Comfortable managing a mix of calls, emails and live chat
*Confident handling complex itineraries, changes and problem solving
*Organised, able to prioritise workload and work independently in a remote setup
*Exposure to online booking tools or newer travel technology would be beneficial
Business Travel Operations Agent - What else do I need to know?
*Fully remote role based in the UK
*Excellent Salary
*Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
*This can be a full time role or a Job share option could be considered if one Saturday and one Sunday could be worked each month
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Working as part of a global team supporting international clients
