Car Park Attendant
*Location: Norwich
*Hours of Work: Ad-hoc shifts available continuously. Variable hours per week, Monday-Sunday

We are seeking a dedicated Car Park Attendant to join our client’s Operations Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and service of our car parks. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and standards of the car parks, monitoring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide high-quality service support to the Field Manager and the wider organisation.
*Ensure the safety and security of the car parks through regular patrolling and risk assessment checks.
*Maintain cleanliness and standards of the car parks, including signage cleaning, litter picking, and general maintenance.
*Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with British Parking Association (BPA) regulations.
*Assist customers with parking inquiries and provide support with payment machines and mobile applications.
*Carry out basic maintenance of payment machines, CCTV, and ANPR cameras where applicable.
*Issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles parked in contravention of regulations.
*Support the implementation of operational processes under the guidance of the Field Manager.
*Maintain close relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Experience in parking, security, maintenance, hospitality, or customer service.
*Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
*Ability to work independently and support team objectives.
*Desirable: SIA licence, experience using OIS systems, knowledge of H&S processes.
