The Role
As Account Executive, you will:
*Act as the first line of customer communication, handling inbound enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
*Work closely with the national supply chain to ensure all services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
*Support customers with placing orders and coordinate all aspects of service delivery.
*Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive outcome.
*Identify opportunities to add value by promoting additional services.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
*Provide wider administrative support across the team and business.
*Support retention and growth of existing accounts by highlighting the full portfolio of services available.
Person Specification
You will be a great fit if you have:
*At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role.
*Strong IT skills, including confidence using CRM systems.
*Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive, team-centred approach with the ability to work on your own initiative.
*Experience or knowledge of the waste, recycling or environmental services sector (desirable but not essential).
