What You Will Do
*Conduct assessments of disabled residents and their carers to identify housing adaptation needs.
*Design personalised adaptation schemes tailored to each client’s functional requirements.
*Prioritise cases to ensure value for money and timely completion.
*Manage a complex caseload independently with accuracy and professionalism.
*Work both from home and travel across Harrow to carry out thorough assessments.
*Liaise effectively with housing officers, surveyors, contractors, and Adult Social Care teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Requirements
*HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
*Full UK driving licence for travel across Harrow.
*Experience in housing adaptations, reablement, or community occupational therapy preferred.
