Sales Administrator
Location: Maidstone
Type: Temporary – 6-month assignment (Immediate start)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (37.5 hours)
Pay: £13.75–£14.75 per hour
Annual Equivalent: £26,813–£28,763
A leading construction supplies distributor in Maidstone is looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrator to join their internal sales office during a busy trading period. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and supporting a field-based sales team.
Key Duties
*Processing customer orders, quotations and stock enquiries
*Supporting the sales team with product information and pricing
*Building rapport with trade customers and recommending suitable products
*Managing incoming calls and emails through the shared inbox
*Updating the CRM system with accurate notes and follow-ups
*Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock levels and urgent orders
*Producing daily sales reports for management
Requirements
*Experience in sales admin, order processing or customer service
*Strong accuracy and data entry skills
*Confident telephone manner
*Good IT skills, especially Excel
*Right to Work in the UK & immediate availability essential
