Team Leader
Location: Cheam
Salary: GBP32,183.42 per year
Hours: Alternate shifts are 8am - 5.30pm, then 8.30am - 6pm
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Team Leader ro join their ever expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Team Leader:
· Support and monitor a POD of CSOs to carry out works to the highest standard
· Handle and facilitate calls, to deliver The Perfect Repair
· Resource Staffing Rotas
· Develop staff morale, to promote an enthusiastic and committed team
· Ongoing training and development of your team, to ensure continuous improvement (i.e. Mentoring, buddying and regular 1-to-1s) and regular reviews
· Manage call escalation
· Maintain excellent communication within your team
· Consistently meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Support and assist with any payroll Queries
· Provide our Gas Management team with support, where required
Requirements of the Team Leader:
· Previous experience within a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
· Ability to proactively train and mentor others
· Innovative whilst working within agreed structure
· Demonstrates situational leadership
· Flexible and able to adapt to change
· Committed to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service
· Maintain an efficient, professional, proactive attitude at all times
· Trustworthy and able to promote a confidential environment
