Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor

We are looking for a proactive NEBOSH-certified HSE Advisor to support our site leadership teams, drive compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across our Redditch, Leominster, and Tewkesbury sites.
The Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will:
*Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and environmental regulations
*Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
*Provide practical HSE guidance and influence site leadership
*Support maintenance of statutory inspections, PPM schedules, and contractor management
*Drive continuous improvement and HSE initiatives across multi-site operations
*Assist in safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives

About You
*Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate minimum; IOSH or other HSE qualifications desirable
*Experience: HSE experience in engineering, manufacturing, or workshop environments; multi-site experience advantageous
*Skills & Attributes:
*Strong verbal and written communication, able to influence leadership
*Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-focused
*Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
*Competent in digital HSE tools and reporting
*Desirable: ISO 45001/14001 knowledge, involvement in audits, safety training, and environmental management
