Junior Sales Executive
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £27,500 (Increases to £35K after probation) + Uncapped OTE

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Academy at our Head Office in the beautiful Cotswolds. No prior sales experience? No problem. We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude, energy, and ambition—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
You’ll be joining a leading UK comparison service specialising in Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and Income Protection. We help customers find the best policies on the market by working with top insurers and delivering expert advice and exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll provide a consultative service, supporting customers in finding the right Private Medical Insurance policies based on their needs and budget. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with warm leads (no cold calling)
Building rapport and carrying out fact-finding conversations
Explaining product benefits clearly and handling objections confidently
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Continuously learning and developing your sales skills
