Door-to-Door Lead Generation Executive
York Area | Field-Based
£25,000 Basic + £6,000–£10,000 Commission (Uncapped Potential)
Monday to Friday + Optional Saturday Overtime
Looking for a role where your personality, drive and work ethic actually pay off? If you enjoy being out in the field, speaking to people and earning commission on top of a solid basic salary, this is a great opportunity to build a career in sales.
We’re working with a growing telecoms provider expanding across Lincoln, and they’re looking for motivated individuals to generate leads within local communities.
What you’ll be doing*Door-to-door engagement in targeted residential areas
*Introducing a high-speed broadband service to homeowners
*Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team
*Booking appointments and creating genuine interest
*Working towards daily and weekly targets
What we’re looking for*Confident and approachable communicator
*Positive, resilient mindset – comfortable with rejection
*Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
*Previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful, not essential
*Happy working outdoors and covering local areas
